You can order from People of Hope Crafts secure in the knowledge that we guarantee all of our beautiful crafts. We pledge that all of our items are from El Salvador, are authentic, and are made by hand in an artisan cooperative or by an NGO (nonprofit organization). Please note that because items are handcrafted, many items will differ slightly in color and/or size. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days with your receipt for a replacement or full refund.

Payment Options

We accept MasterCard and Visa, money orders, and personal checks.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please either send your order by phone, fax, mail or email. Use the online order codes when placing your order. We will inform you of your total, and ask you to please send your payment. Upon receipt of your payment, we will mail your order within 2 business days. Please make all checks and money orders payable to People of Hope Crafts.

Shipping

Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Unless otherwise requested, orders will be shipped via Parcel Post. This method takes a bit more time, but is the least expensive. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery on in-stock inventory. Priority Mail and Overnight delivery within the Continental U.S. is available for an additional charge.

Shipping charges are determined by the value of your order. They are automatically calculated on the online shopping cart. Orders that are more than $500 or over 20 pounds are billed the actual shipping costs. If you have questions about these shipping costs, please contact us at 303-964-3488.
Shipments outside of the United States will be charged the actual rate. International shipments cannot be guaranteed within 7-10 business days.
We cannot accept back orders for any items ordered online.

Returns and Replacements

You may return or request a replacement for any item within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. Please email (peopleofhopecrafts@projectsalvador.org) or call (303-964-3488) to let us know to expect your shipment, and the reason for the return. Because we ship all items to you in good condition, we recommend that you insure your returns as excessive damage to an item returned to us may nullify this contract. Depending on the reason for the return, you may have to pay for the return shipping

We will be happy to replace any damaged item at no charge to you within 30 days. If you prefer, we will issue a refund check. Depending on the reason for the return, you may have to pay for the return shipping However, we'll also pay the costs to re-ship your item if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
